GREATER Manchester Fire and Rescue Service are currently recruiting for future Prince’s Trust Courses.
The free programme gives young people the opportunity to gain qualifications, meet new people and be part of an amazing experience during the 12-week course. You’ll be part of a team of young people who will gain careers advice, work placements, and take part in a series of community based projects which often include a trip to another part of the country for a few days.
You will also have the opportunity to work towards recognised qualifications, as well as developing your skills, such as:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prince's Trust Certificate in employment, teamwork and community skills
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Health and safety training
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manual handling training
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Basic food hygiene
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â First aid at work
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Adult literacy and numeracy
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Personal, employability, achievement and reflection for learning
