Brent Jason Foster (13/07/1968), of Ivor Street, Rochdale, admitted six counts of sexual activity with a child and three counts of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
At Minshull Street Crown Court today, Friday 6 June 2014, he was sentenced to two years in prison.
Foster is the owner of Almin Travel and also a driver who would transport children to a specialist school in Rochdale.
He initially started plying the victim, who has autism, with chocolate bars during trips to and from school.
Between 1 March 2013 and 4 February 2014, when he was aged 14 or 15, he repeatedly sexually assaulted the boy.
He also contacted him on social media sites and asked the boy to send him intimate photographs of himself, which he did.
Foster also showed the boy intimate pictures of himself.
Detective Constable April Hopwood, said: “The victim, his parents and the school placed their utmost trust in Foster to transport him safely to and from school.
“Instead he used it as an opportunity to groom and sexually abuse a very vulnerable teenage boy.
“The complex needs of the victim made this investigation a difficult one to progress, but once the offences came to light he and his family as well as the police have been resolute in our determination to ensure justice prevailed, which today it has.â€
