Three men have been charged following an incident in Needham Market where two men were assaulted.
Police were called to the incident in High Street, Needham Market at around 12.15am on Sunday 24 November 2013 to a report of a group of men fighting.
Two men were assaulted during the incident.
A 61 received a broken wrist and was taken to West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds where he received treatment.
The second victim, a 31 year old man, received a serious head injury and was taken to Addenbrookes Hospital. The man is recovering at home from his injuries.
Today, Tuesday 8 July, three men have been charged with this incident and will appear at Bury St Edmunds Magistratesâ€™ Court on 24 July 2014. They are:
Joseph Robson, 21 years from Forward Green, Stowmarket charged with two counts of grievous bodily harm.
Thomas Miles, 21 years from Mill Lane, Combs charged with two counts of grievous bodily harm, and Jack Oates, 22 years from Ringshall near Stowmarket, also charged with two counts of grievous bodily harm.
