Four people have been charged after a major operation to target the supply of drugs in Oldham.
Mohammed Ali Tubsaum (born 25/01/1980), of Napier Street West, Oldham, Barry McLaren (born 12/10/1965), of Marshall Court, Oldham, Andrew Winterbottom (born 10/11/1964), of no fixed abode and Philip Brooker (born 04/02/1971), of Marshall Court, Oldham, are all charged with conspiracy to supply Class A and B drugs.
All four will appear before Oldham Magistrates’ Court today, 17 July 2014.
It follows an operation by Greater Manchester Policeâ€™s Serious Organised Crime Group and officers from Oldham, called Operation Akera, to disrupt the supply of drugs in the Oldham and wider areas of Manchester.
Five warrants were executed on Wednesday 16 July 2014 and during the searches a large quantity of Class A drugs, a quantity of ammunition and cash were seized.
