A 22-year-old man has been found guilty of the murder of 17-year-old Jayden Parkinson.
Ben Blakeley, of Christchurch Road in Reading, was found guilty by a majority verdict at Oxford Crown Court yesterday afternoon (24/7).
Jayden was killed and buried in a church graveyard in Didcot, Oxfordshire, last December.
Adrian Foster, Chief Crown Prosecutor for Thames and Chiltern Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said: “Ben Blakeley has today been convicted of the murder of Jayden Parkinson.
“The jury continue to deliberate in relation to Jake Blakeley. Therefore, it would be inappropriate to comment further at this stage. The CPS will be in a position to say more after Ben Blakeley has been sentenced and the jury have finished their deliberations.â€
