A 69-year-old man appeared at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Tuesday 6 January) in connection with allegations of indecent assault against four women.
David Clay, of Upperthorpe, Sheffield, appeared at court in connection with four offences allegedly committed against the women in 1994 and 1995 at physiotherapy practices in Sheffield.
He will appear at Sheffield Crown Court on Tuesday 20 January.
He previously appeared at court in July 2014 charged with one count of sexual assault by penetration and two counts of sexual assault, which are alleged to have been committed against two women at a physiotherapy practice in Upperthorpe, Sheffield, in 2009 and 2013. He will stand trial for these offences in July 2015.
