A murder investigation has been launched in Southwark after a 20-year-old local man was shot and stabbed at East Surrey Grove, SE15.
Police were called to reports of shots fired at 2230hrs on Tuesday, 21 April.
On attending Surrey Grove, officers found the victim in a critical condition.
First Aid was administered prior to the arrival of London Ambulance Service.
The man was taken by ambulance to a central London hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival at 2330hrs.
Officers believe they know the identity of the deceased.
Next of kin have been informed.
Formal identification has not yet taken place.
A post-mortem examination will be held in due course.
